Caspian's Useless Cooking - Week One

Hey, hello everyone!

I am Caspian, a developer for xLog-mobile. If everything goes well, I will be the first person to use "graphic text" to record daily activities in xLog and link it to longer articles for weekly updates ✌️

This is a new feature, and now everyone can try linking "graphic text" content that they or others have published while editing articles, so that it can be displayed in longer articles. Here's how:

https://caspian-3030.xlog.app/AtOAglnMV_N6xslDbfhz4

// or

https://xlog.app/site/caspian-3030/AtOAglnMV_N6xslDbfhz4

Now everyone can try using xLog-mobile to easily record daily events and conveniently link them for secondary editing/publishing. 🧵

Similarly, you can also friendly link graphic text content published by others. 🔗

Take a look at my first issue of "Useless Cooking".

Pasta brought from China, used to satisfy hunger during the early days in the English area!

Tuesday#

Didn't expect to find rice noodles at Tesco, but the taste wasn't that great when stir-fried. 🥲

The most successful one! 🏆

  1. Pre-cook the potatoes, radishes, onions, and other ingredients with soy sauce until the outer layer becomes soft, then start adding water to boil.
  2. Add water gradually and simmer on low heat🔥 until the soup thickens.
  3. Add milk 🥛

Thursday#

This was already my go-to meal for satisfying hunger in China, basic operation. ✌️

Friday#

A must-have in the English area, Tesco's convenient roasted chicken. Open the packaging, place it on a baking tray at 170-180 degrees, top and bottom heat for 35 minutes, and you'll have delicious roasted chicken legs. Although the skin is a bit burnt, I don't eat it because of fitness 🤔

Saturday#

Looks good, but actually added too much water when thickening the sauce. Next time, I should use less water so that the dish will be more vibrant.

Closing time & summary

Overall, as a kitchen rookie, I definitely can't eat without soy sauce. 🥲

Attached is a picture of "Nan Hot Pot" that I saw, nostalgic.
